Are you looking for a new job, but are not sure how to get your foot in the door? This may be the perfect opportunity for you!
E&ES partners with the Chicago Housing Authority to offer the Transitional Jobs (TJ) Program for CHA residents/HCV holders. Through the TJ Program, participants gain work experience and are connected to quality jobs. We offer up to six weeks of paid work experience and then we help participants find permanent employment.
Is the program a fit for you? Come to an orientation to learn more! The program is open to:
- CHA/HCV residents ages 18 and older
- Individuals who have been unemployed for the past 12 months (consecutive)
- Individuals who have a valid driver's license or State ID and a social security card
- People interested in being trained in new skills
Join us at one of the following orientation dates:
- November 15, 2019
- December 6, 2019
- January 17, 2020
- February 14, 2020
- March 13, 2020
